Nero d’Avola is one of the king red varieties of Sicily, Italy and now finds itself in many regions across Australia due to its ability to handle our warm to hot climates with ease. It’s a variety that lends to many different wine making styles, to bright fresh and juicy, to more serious savoury and structured.
Estate grown and certified sustainable, it is wild fermented with wholes berries to maximise the juicy fruity characters of Nero highlighting the natural earth and smokey elements of the variety. It’s easy entry is medium bodied with plush fruit and delicious blue and purple fruits, earth and mineral finish.
